  5. Development and implementation of new generations of diagnostic, preventive, and medicinal products based on the use of modern methods of biotechnology and genetic engineering
  6. Immunogenetic studies and personalized analysis for predicting the occurrence, severity, and outcomes of infectious diseases, including those of viral etiology

The conference materials are planned to be published electronically as a collection of scientific articles, which has been assigned an ISBN number and is included in the Russian Science Citation Index (RISC), available through the eLibrary database. We invite you to submit abstracts for inclusion in this publication.

In addition, a poster presentation competition for young scientists will also be held as part of the Conference. Students of the 5th and 6th courses of specialized universities, graduate students, residents, medical and scientific workers under the age of 35 are invited to participate in the competition.

The Federal Research Institute of Viral Infections "Virom" of Rospotrebnadzor celebrates its 105th anniversary in 2025. The Institute was founded on February 17, 1920 with the participation of the famous Soviet microbiologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor L.G. Peretz, when the district sanitary and bacteriological laboratory was redesignated into the Sverdlovsk Chemical and Bacteriological Institute to organize measures to eliminate outbreaks of infections and epidemics during the Civil War.
